Marilyn Cohodas, Editorial Director, Windows Media Group

Marilyn oversees all aspects of the editorial content for TechTarget's Window media, including SearchWin2000.com, SearchExchange.com, SearchWindowsSecurity.com and SearchWinSystems.com. Before joining TechTarget in May 2000 as editor of SearchWin2000.com, Marilyn worked as daily newspaper reporter, a trade journal editor, a freelance writer, columnist and consultant to number of well-known technology companies and publications. For five years, from 1996 to 2001, Marilyn wrote a bimonthly column on technology for Governing, a public policy magazine that has twice been a finalist for a National Magazine Award. She holds a BA in Social Science from Ohio State University.

Dana L. Brundage, Site Editor

Dana joined the staff of SearchWindowsSecurity.com in November 2006 after working as Managing Editor of SearchStorage.com since May 2005. Previous to working with TechTarget, Dana was a reporter and then editor of The Chariho Times in Richmond, RI, followed by a copy editor/interim sports editor position for the Kent County Daily Times in West Warwick, RI. Dana also worked for Clarity Learning Solutions, Inc. of Bedford, Mass., starting in 2003, as a web designer. She is an alum of the University of Rhode Island, graduating with the class of 2000, where she studied broadcast journalism and communications. Dana currently resides in Boston and enjoys traveling, fishing and horror movies.

David joined TechTarget in January 2006 as the assistant site editor of www.SearchWindowsSecurity.com, where his responsibilities include newsletter production and Website management. Prior to TechTarget, he worked as a copyeditor in the Creative Services department of American Power Conversion Corporation in West Kingston, Rhode Island. At APC, his duties included writing and editing direct mail and advertisements, generating a monthly e-mail newsletter aimed at business partners and home users, and general proofreading. David also has experience covering sports as a freelance journalist. In 2005, he received a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Rhode Island.

Margie Semilof is responsible for the news coverage within the Windows Media Group at TechTarget. She has also spent many years as a reporter, editor and columnist at technology media companies such as IDG and CMP, and has freelanced for a variety of publications. She holds BS and MA degrees from Boston University.

Mark Schlack has covered the use of technology in business for 23 years, concentrating on computer technology for the last 16 years. He began his high-tech career as Network Editor at Datamation, where he later became Editor. Following that, he was the Editor in Chief of BYTE magazine, where he was responsible for both print and Web versions of the magazine, both domestically and internationally. He also served as VP/Content for EarthWeb, and VP/Editorial for ITworld.com. Mark has been the recipient of a number of publishing awards, including a Jesse H. Neal Award and Certificate and several ASBPE and Folio awards. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan. He resides in Cambridge, MA.
