Can someone send a fake email or spam using my email address? (Company's email address - Outlook 2002 - Exchange Server 5.5) If yes, can the fake email have more than 180 characters? Is it possible for the fake email to include attachments?

Pretty much anyone can spoof anyone else's email address to make it look like the victim sent the message. The fake email can contain any characters or attachments the sender wants to put in it. Outside of using digital signatures with email, there's not a whole lot you can do about it.
